Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant Building qualification / Trade Test
- Minimum 5 years' experience in building maintenance
- Supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of farming machinery will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to preventative maintenance plan
- Ensure all repairs are planned for and completed before placement of next maintenance plan
- Respond to breakdowns timeously
- Complete all job cards accurately
- Supervise staff
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
- Enforce and adhere to SOP's
