Business Analyst – Bryanston

Fantastic opportunity for Business analyst with large corporate who has degree or diploma with BA course, MS Dynamic CRM and 3 years experience as Business analyst with process modelling skills and project management. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, process oriented and pay attention to detail.

Delivery of IT systems and applications
Business analysis and defining functional specifications
Second line troubleshooting support
Gathering user requirements
Documentation of business and requirements specifications
Liaise with external software development
Verify that functional requirements have been accurately implemented in the solutions delivered
Assistance with testing of delivered solutions

Qualifications and experience
IT related Degree / Diploma
BA Industry Certification and proven project experience
MS Dynamic CRM Certification advantageous
3 years experience in Business Analysis / IT Project Management
Demonstrable experience in Windows & MS technologies e.g. MS Office
Preferable knowledge and experience working with MS Dynamics CRM or other CRM application advantageous
Qlikview knowledge advantageous
Motivated individuals who are passionate about technology
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Analytical thinking
Thorough understanding of System Development Life Cycle
