To manage the development / update / refinement of the Outage Management business principles, business goals, and business drivers, as relevant to the OMS Upgrade Project. Provide context for OMS architecture work, by describing the needs and ways of working employed by the RMC and Engineering components of the organisation. As relevant to the Outage Management Process undertake a Business Capability Assessment, including: Defining/updating/verifying the functional capabilities of the business Baseline state assessment of the performance level of each functional capability Future state aspiration for the performance level of each functional capability Baseline state assessment of how each capability is realized Future state aspiration for how each functional capability should be realized Assessment of likely impacts to the business organization resulting from the successful deployment of the proposed OMS Architecture As relevant to the Outage Management Process perform a business Transformation Readiness Assessment, including: Readiness factors Vision for each readiness factor Current and target readiness ratings Readiness risks To update the OMS Business Case and BRP and have approved by the organisation. To lead the Product Team as defined in the OMS Upgrade HR Plan. To manage the development of the Execution Scope of Work. |
