SUMMARY

Our client within the Financial Services / Banking Sector has an opportunity for a Senior IT Business Analyst to come on board and assist with Multiple Projects, enabling Fintech Banking as a Key SME in onboarding any new business, Payments and Product lines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Business through Analysis, Design, Development and testing of Fintech partners and products
Assist with the inputs of business cases and financial models.
Compilations of Business Specification, technical specifications, processes, policies and business frameworks
Document and maintain functional specifications and business requirements
Lead / Assist with JAD sessions as well as training requirements
Following effective modelling techniques and methods
Stakeholder Management
Cost and benefit analysis

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant Degree
Project Management or BA qualification and certification (CAPM, PMP, SCRUM) will be ideal
Strong Business Analysis Exposure
Banking Industry Exposure
Experience managing multiple Projects following PMBOK and or Agile / SCRUM Methodologies
Experience managing software development or integration projects
5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in payments, card, combined assurance and or data. Exposure to bank sponsorships, Fintechs and alternative payment rails would be advantageous.
