The Business Analyst is responsible for delivering analytics and reporting solutions with Insights to support the commercial strategic decision making process

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary qualification e.g. Business Science, B. Comm., CIMA
• 3+ years in data analytics
• 3+ years of Pharmaceutical experience (sales and marketing)-preferred
• Expert skills in
o Qlik-view or other interactive BI dashboard tools
o Microsoft suite (Excel advanced)
o Powerpoint
o Navigation of WWW
• Proven track record and customer service experience
• Experience of having operated in a complex matrix organisation

• Have a complete and thorough understanding of the scope of the pharmaceutical market
o Industry
o Competitors Corporations
o Therapeutic areas
o Brands
• Market data and data methodologies
• Systems (BAAN) and data analytics / BI Tools (Qlikview)
