role of the Business Analyst would be to identify options of improving the business systems and then recommend solutions that enable the customer to achieve its goals.
Responsibilities:
Create Functional requirements definition (converting detailed business rules into system requirements)
As-Is process definition, To-Be process definition to Business case
Assist in the project plan and project management
Assist in Integration and Acceptance testing
Supports the development of training and implementation material
Participates in the implementation
Provides post-implementation support.
Work Experience:
Proven track record in leadership, business disciplines and project management disciplines
Strong technical aptitude (Application design and integration, Data management, Legacy systems)
Business / system analysis experience essential (3-5yrs minimum)
Project management in Financial Services and/or Logistics preferred
Skills Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project panning, judgement, leadership. Decision-making. Analysis and problem-solving skills
Customer / Service oriented demeanour as well as adaptable and resourceful
Ability to learn quickly, analyse / ability to de decisive
Team Orientation / Management
Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio
2-8 years of prior experience in Business Analysis and project management.
