Ability to elicitate, articulate and conceptualise user requirements.
Contribute or provide guidance to Customer solution proposals
Assist in transforming these requirements into a solution that can be delivered through suitable technology solutions (customised or Off the shelf)
Ensure solutions are being delivered within time and budget for our customers.
Business and Systems analysis
Problem solving and Diagnostic work
Understanding the business issues and data challenges of clients’ organisation and industry
Reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
Ability to facilitate business design sessions and various meetings with clients
Taking ownership to ensure new product features are delivered successfully
Providing innovative solutions for product/solutions features
Identifying and providing solutions for improvement in internal processes
Consistently delivering high quality service to clients
Continuously seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Managing client expectations effectively

Education Required
Relevant IT degree or relevant Business Analyst Diploma

Experience Required
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Business analysis and systems
Business Analysis experience in IT environment in the Telecommunications Environment will be advantageous
