The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for gathering and understanding the business needs of members within specific projects and generally in relation to the healthcare industry.

Project management experience essential
Proven business analysis skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, either from switching companies, PMA’s or Medical scheme
Excellent Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent technical writing skills
Experience of user acceptance testing of software
Experience in reading & understanding switching formats such as e.g. XML, MEDCLM, and CSV
Data processing
Experience in compiling reports
Must be able to analyse problems and come up with solutions
Must have sound numerical ability
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office
Must have knowledge within the healthcare delivery system
Own Transport
