Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Expenses: monitoring, arranging of flights, accommodation, general staff needs (stationary)
• Customer support: product related queries/complaints, quotation
• Support Business Unit and Product Managers with all Marketing issues.
• Maintain the E2 website (Product info)
• Sales & departmental meetings: plan, arrange & take minutes
• Payment requisitions
• Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
• Plan, organise, direct, and control daily operations
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
• Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database system
• Arrange travel, related itineraries, and bookings
• Organise and coordinate internal and external management meetings
• Source and Implement marketing and promotional material
• Create Briefing books

The successful candidate should be in possession of:
• The successful candidate should be in possession of a Matric certificate
• National Diploma in administration Management
• 1+ year in a Sales and Marketing environment will be an added advantage
• Oral & written communication
• Excellent planning, follow-up and organising ability
• Business Awareness
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent telephone manner
