Requirements

• Matric
• A relevant BCom Degree
• 3-5 years experience within a financial service and sales position
• Strong understanding of FAIS principles
• Good understanding of financial, economic industries and general business practices.
• Proactive and determined approach to work.
• Customer service orientated
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Role

• Maintain and grow client base at all points of contact.
• Identify areas of improvement for current business processes and systems
• Grow revenue through acquisition activities.
• Identify areas for cost reduction initiatives.
• Risk management
• Team management
• Comply with regulations and corporate governance guidelines.
