Qualification:
B.Eng (Electronics) degree with 3 to 5 year experience

Skills & Experience:
Marketing, sales and customer management interaction experience
3 to 5 year track record in sales of advanced technical equipment (electronics, radar telecommunications preferred) or complex software products.
Client interaction skills

Job Description:
Provide management and technical support for the business development function.
Build market position by identifying and developing business relationships, execution of lead generation, opportunity management, order intake plans, contract negotiation and contract closing.
Provide inputs into the Market Intelligence process at RRS with respect to emerging market needs and competitor practices and market position.
