Duties & Responsibilities: (Key Delivery Areas)
Customer research
Consultative, diagnostic customer engagement to sell multiple products
Customer relationship management
Closing of deals and meeting of targets
Admin related to the sales process
Very good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)


Qualifications & Experience:
Post-matric qualification in sales, training or a business-related field
Minimum of 8 years’ sales experience, 5 years’ experience in consultative sales
Proven track record in developing new business
Consultative Business-to-Business (B2B) sales with a long sales cycles (Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in consultative sales environments)
Proven track record of selling at the C-Suite (CEO, MD) level
Proven sales history of achieving deals of between R300 000 – R1m per month
Must have HG Maths in Matric or if Standard Grade must have had A-C as a mark

Offer:
A CTC of between R20 000 – R35 000 per month that includes medical aid, retirement contribution and travel and cell phone allowances. The basic is negotiable up to 10% above current earnings and a proven track record.
This position also includes excellent monthly, quarterly and annual commissions that range up to R300k per annum above the basic. Annual earnings are not capped.
Receive training on international programs & in-house training worth R130 000
