It is crucial that you have a passion for people, and you are required to be a hard worker and have a passion for cold calling.


Candidate Requirements
Duties include:

New Business Development

Relationship Building

Implementing the brand’s / branches business development strategy

Identifying new clients for development

Identifying potential new business from existing clients

Developing plans and strategies to secure this business

Implementing plans to secure new business

Co-ordinate resources and efforts to deliver on projects

Minimum requirements:

- Matric or equivalent
- Min 2 years experience in a TES / HR / IR environment;
- 3-5 years min experience in the marketing and sales field, relative to similar environment;
- Communication Skills;
- Computer Literacy: Word, Excel, Power Point;
- Drivers license with own reliable transport essential.
