An exciting new position has opened for a Business Development Manager: Endoscopy who will be responsible for leading and sustaining the growth of clients Endoscopy business. The successful incumbent will be identifying and developing new business sales opportunities
through developing strategic ideas, successfully promoting and supporting the ongoing training and education to new and existing Customers.

MINIMUM ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

• Matric
• Tertiary Degree

EXPERIENCE

• Proven Endoscopic Sports Med experience
• Knowledge of sports medicine market
• Established Relationships with territory KOL’s
• Proven Sales Experience
• Marketing experience will be preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying, establishing and maintaining new business relationships
• Developing and maintaining market studies to identify new business opportunities
• Providing input into strategic business growth and improvement decisions
• Monitoring service levels within the State and Private sectors.
• Monitoring and provide regular feedback on Competitor activity
• You will achieve this through:
• Proactively targeting new business opportunities with a view to driving the wider sales opportunities.
• Building and developing frameworks for the creation of business development plans for the wider Endoscopy portfolio.
• Create and manage an annual business development plan to drive increased sales
• Identify key decision makers and create long term working partnerships to better leverage the breadth of our product portfolio.
• Works with the RGM to assess and if relevant, evolve the current sales approaches to ensure alignment with the current/changing market.
• Work closely with sales teams in order to ensure balance in sales approaches in successfully driving new business whilst maintaining
current/existing relationships.
• Liaise closely with the Marketing manager to ensure that the sales activity is aligned closely to the strategy and that this activity is also
aligned with the wider sales team.
• Maintain up to date with all industry trends, issues and news and provide regular feedback to the wider team.
• Attend industry congresses and events along with other networking opportunities to ensure consistent exposure and help identify new areas
of business.
• Provide market, industry and competitive analysis and stay informed of competitive products and movements in the marketplace.
• Develop a strong sales culture by ensuring all products obtain maximum focus and opportunity.
• Working to stringent targets, the incumbent will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call
• Regularly evaluate systems and processes to ensure that maximum efficiency is achieved.
