What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Human Resources Technology sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Contact your network and present the value proposition to them
* Provide HR managers and directors with the solution
* Manage opportunities through the pipeline and close
* Hunt and Network for new business
* Grow your strategic accounts
* Meet and exceed sales quota
* Create case studies from successful implementations
* People smarts and emotional intelligence

Key Job Deliverables:

* Open new strategic accounts
* Make this HR solution the dominant solution in the market
* Grow strategic accounts

Background work experience:

* Consistent track record of sales performance i.e. meeting and exceeding quotas
* Can provide proof of performance either through 6 months pay-slips, SARS IRP5, or Certificates of Achievement (Candidates who are unable to provide this proof will be automatically excluded)
* 5 years sales experience
* 3 years sales experience to HR
* Must have completed some Strategic Sales Training Courses e.g. Miller Heiman, SPIN, SPI etc...
* Cold Calling, Networking and Opening New Doors
* An existing network of HR contacts you can call on
* The ability to understand IT technology
* Ability to build a business case from an IT solution

Salary: Market Related. Basic in the Range of R280K to R330K per annum. On target R540K to R650K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
