Client seeks a candidate to lead and motivate a team to ensure and manage performance standards. Manage relationships with staff and brokers, create business opportunities, ensure continued compliance with underwriting guidelines and ensure optimization and best practises are maintained. Requirements for the position include: Business degree, insurance qualification, 5 years short term insurance experience- personal lines and commercial expertise. (Including 3 years underwriting experience) and previous experience in the management of a team.
