Business Development Manager

CS Global Partners Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development/ Sales Professional with a proven track record of success to support our growing Investor Immigration / Residence and Citizenship by Investment business. The candidate must be able to develop a network from the ground up, including not only partners and third-party intermediaries, but also clients – who must be targeted directly.

Core Competencies and Experience
• You must have a proved record of success in working and selling in the financial services, investment, real estate, or ‘immigrant investor’ industries.
• You must at least have a postgraduate degree, although we will consider candidates with equivalent work experience.
• A second language is preferable, though not necessary.
• You must be energetic, self-motivated, hands-on, and willing to take the initiative, with very strong negotiation skills.
• You must be organised, able to self-manage, and goal- and results-driven.
• Your interpersonal, oral, and written communication must be excellent – as must your ability to clearly present in front of a large audience when necessary.
• You must have Computer Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• You must demonstrate passion, persistence, creativity, and a determination to get things done.
• Knowledge and experience of the ‘immigrant investor’ market is preferable but not essential.
• You must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities
• Reporting to the Managing Director / Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating significant business revenue each year, and meeting agreed sales and business targets as defined by management.
• Developing new business via various lead generation channels.
• Managing all facets of the sales process, from lead generation through the sales process itself, and into account management and development.
• Working with the London headquarters on group marketing and sales initiatives.
• Planning, preparing, and executing meetings with client prospects and potential partners.
• Representing CS Global Partners at industry events and conferences.

Scope
Applicants with networks and interest in developing one or more of the following markets will be considered for the role: South-East Asia, China, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Africa, the United States and South America.
