Duties:
• Meeting with potential and existing clients
• Providing telephonic and electronic marketing support for the new business team
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential clients
• Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies and deal requirements
• Develops negotiating strategies and assist in new business deals by coordinating requirements
• Developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Ensuring protection of the organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Maintaining personal networks
• Responsible for preparing various reports

Requirements:
• Matric Certificate
• Criminal Clear
• Tertiary Qualification (preferable)
• Driver's license and willingness to travel
• Minimum two years proven track record of Business Development Management
• Experience in the BPO sector (advantageous)
• Dealing with corporate clients on an executive level as follows: proposals, presentations, types of companies , types of deals, estimated revenues of the deals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal effectively with a multitude of personality types
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding demanding sales targets
• Proven track record in generating leads and identifying ‘real’ sales opportunities
• Demonstrate ability to meet individual yearly targets
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize and organise work
• Excellent research skills
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Demonstrate ability to establish excellent and credible internal and external relationships
• Proven ability to ‘network’ or build relationships with prospective clients
• The following essential skills: Closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting skills, sales planning, selling to customer needs, territory
• management, market knowledge, presentation skills
