Kukhula Global Projects is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our KwaZulu Natal office and be part of the team supporting new business projects.

Job Responsibilities

In this role you will:
• Develop new business accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
• Create strategic development plans, including active sales pipeline and implementation, to build new profitable business.
• Track and report progress with implementation of strategic plan, customer budgets, and ongoing forecasts.
• Meeting sales and projects’ goals.
• Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market.
• Assess the profitability of existing products and service offerings.
• Improve existing business by increasing profitability and customer satisfaction
• Manage business deals from negotiation to close.
• Monitor contracts implementation from contract performance, customer payment terms, to delivery terms.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

Job Requirements

• 3 – 5 years experience in business development / sales or related roles.
• Must have 3 – 5 years skills development and training experience.
• Must have Previous SETA experience (preferably Services SETA).
• A proven track record of business development success.
• Extensive experience in government sectors
• [3 year] degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Sales or other relevant fields.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Dedication to developing clients’ business.
• Derive energy from facing challenges and provide actionable solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English language.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have own reliable transport
