Purpose

To manage, research and maintain data to empower informed decision making by the head of business development and CIO.

Job Objectives

To manage internal and external contracts in order to manage the validity, termination and expiry periods.
To conduct market research and feedback information to the head of business development and CIO for potential growth and new business opportunities.
To analyse and report on data of each partnership of past, present and future sales to ensure that positive and corrective steps can be taken by the head of business development and CIO.
To analyse and report on data for all ancillaries of past, present and future sales to ensure that positive and corrective steps can be taken by the head of business development and CIO.
To identify new additional ancillary channels and obtain the most cost effective providers that can fulfil the objective once approved by the head of business development and CIO.

Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Maths Presentation Networking Statistical Software

Job Experience:

3-4 years experience as a data analyst and market researcher in preferably the transport/ tourism/ aviation industries.
