Main Functions:

• Generate new business development through developing, implementing and managing a sales strategy to achieve aggressive sales goals and results in revenue generation.
• Provides input and participates in the marketing, market planning and technical development of tools and services.
• Improve the company’s market position and achieve financial growth.
• Define long-term marketing and sales strategic goals; develop a comprehensive strategic and aligned business development plan.
• Work with sales team to improve customer acquisition and retention..
• Builds and maintains key and important customer relationships and client relationships.
• Identifies business opportunities, delivers presentations and proposals, negotiates and closes business deals.
• Maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
• Develops business plans that include marketing strategies and delegates to sales team.
• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales, pricing and all other matters related to revenue generation.
• Pursue and close key sales opportunities and managing the sales process.
• Lead internal teams from multiple disciplines to pursue key prospects.
• Builds a professional and trusting relationship with a client.
• Builds a professional and strong sales team.
• Understand, set and manage the client's expectations and requirements.
• Create clear, precise and properly detailed client job instructions/ documentation.
• Participate in sales forecasting and planning.
• Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels customers.
• Represent the company as a Brand Ambassador.
• Manage effectively the sales team.
• Performs other responsibilities as may be assigned.

Requirements:

Tertiary Qualification Preferred in Marketing / Business Management or Development
South African citizens only

• Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions

• Excellent problem solving, initiative and negotiation skills with special emphasis on closing the sale.
