Education & experience:

Business Related degree or National Diploma in Sales or Marketing.
Previous experience in a managerial position and within the FMCG market is essential.
Must be willing to travel as this position involves covering the Eastern Cape.

Role:

To grow and develop profitable customers, new and existing and to ensure that company products are readily and widely distributed, available and displayed in all market sectors by creating, maintaining and supporting a customer centric team.
This position is a combination of Regional Key Accounts & Operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Business development within the Eastern Cape region through: managing the activities of the Sales Agents, managing the existing customer base, regional key account portfolio, developing new business, operational management and support and development of the appointed Sales Agents and Distributors.
