Purpose of Role:
This role will be responsible for business analysis, and product management of existing, and future functionality, with a strong focus on our ongoing digital initiatives.

Requirements:
5 years relevant experience
Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be very detailed oriented with excellent organisational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, and prioritise workload
Must be able to think analytically, and solve complex problems
Experience working in a business analysis/product management role in an agile environment
Ability to procure, draft, and refine business requirements
Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment

Duties
Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for enhancements
Translate business needs into user stories and functional requirements
Rationalise and prioritise business needs
Collaborate with QA analysts and software engineers as needed during the development lifecycle
Coordinate user acceptance tests
Collaborate with marketing department as needed to assist with product implementation
Must be flexible, and available to occasionally work weekends, and beyond the standard weekday business hours
