Education: BA/BCOM with English Language, equivalent or studying towards Skills, candidates must exhibit an understanding in the following fields:
o Business processes
o Business continuity
o Risk analysis
o Technical systems specifically related to the internet industry
o Proficiency in the English Language, both written and spoken
o Documentation construction for the following levels:
+ End-user documentation
o End-user documentation
+ System documentation
+ Business documentation
+ Technical documentation
Description:
This position will require translation from visual process and architecture diagrams to documentation by applying industry related knowledge. On the job training will be provided for the technical aspects of internet architecture however some industry knowledge is required.
