? Responsible for drawing up of project plan which covered the following:
? Project Schedule
? Scope management
? Budget plan
? HR plan
? Communication plan
? Risk and issue management
? Stakeholder management
? Management of all deliverables and teams
? Implemented the change management plan which focused on extensive communication to email users on rollout plan, impact to email availability and support.
? Worked closely with IT helpdesk to focus some of its resources to the project.
? Met regularly with GM: Operations to manage issues and escalations and to provide ad hoc progress reports
? Provided weekly written reports on progress, risks and issues to senior management,
? Managed internal human resources that were required to assist vendor in implementing the project
? Provided weekly reports to project sponsor
Managed invoice payment according to a payment schedule
? Developed business cases for document management and Incident management systems
? Worked on the departments Land Claim Management system to investigate reasons users were not using it
? PM for the Land Claim Management system enhancements
? Participated in workshops to determine DRDLR requirements as an enterprise
