Job Description

Will be responsible for managing the facilities of Head office and other regional offices in SA.
Must be able to assist in mentoring junior members of the Business Services team
Ensuring the food and travel expenses are in accordance with the budget
Will be assisting with administrative duties in allocated departments such as invoice preparation, compiling various reports, ensuring expense claims are in line with policy etc.
Preparing board packs
Ensuring efficient cost management against budgets
Gathering and reporting quarterly and monthly reports for dedicated projects
Assisting with the improvements and developments of the reporting and administration processes
Managing and affiliating between the Media/PR agency and the project teams
Managing and coordinating of the corporate diary for projects and the executive management team
Adhoc duties such as staff management and event planning, visits from investors to project sites
Ensuring the preferential procurement & supplier database is kept up to date and well maintained

Minimum Requirements

Relevant Tertiary Qualification
Must have 8 years experience in Office Management, with at least 5 years experience in a management role
Professional Services industry experience
Must be advanced in Excel
Quarterly reporting and preparation of board packs experience
Must have a valid driver’s license
