Purpose
Provide a senior Business Analyst and Consulting capability to the division through collaborating and consulting on the business solution design, customer and integration journeys, and overall business requirements to support the implementation, rollout and maintenance of the product and partnerships. Provide high value SME input, for defining and refining the product; consolidating multiple business goals of multiple markets; and form the liaison between the in-country analysts and technical teams.

Outputs
Deliver robust business solutions though: • Workshop facilitation and requirement elicitation with multiple parties • Interaction with stakeholders (internal and external) on business solutions; objectives and priorities • Compilation of robust business specifications • Review and sign off of business specifications • Collaborating and consulting on business solution design, customer and integration journeys • Presenting recommended business design solutions to stakeholders (internal and external) • Develop full understanding of the product and processes in order to communicate with and enable markets • Creation of templates and guidelines for use in business solution design • Training, coaching and mentoring of local market analysts through the development of standards, guidelines, templates etc • Acting as primary point of contact during solution design and implementation by co-ordinating activities; managing stakeholder expectations; managing scope and escalating issues • Ensuring underlying functional specifications developed by technical teams meet business solution design • Managing multiple parties and projects

Qualifications

Experience
Minimum 5 years as a business analyst UML and BPMN modelling skills Business rules analysis Digital experience
