Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Purchasing
10 Years Purchasing / Procurement experience essential Working experience on SAP an advantage
At least 2 years’ Experience in chemical environment

Responsibilities:
Ensure that the internal Procurement procedure is adhered to at all-time Make sure requisitions are completed correctly and have authorized signatures Requisitions must be authorized by controllers Monthly reports to be completed both local and international. Operational administration, including but not limited to faxing, filing and photocopying Ensure that orders are faxed / e-mailed and communication is made to the vendors Outstanding Order report monitored and expedited.
