C&F Document Controller - Logistics - Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

Well Established Logistics Company is looking for a C&F Document Controller to Control the process to ensure clients’ needs for documentation are fulfilled

Minimum Requirements

Matric, with a Logistic qualification would be an advantage.
Previous experience in C&F (Fresh Produce) is essential
Accuracy & adherence to deadlines
Ability to function independently & within a team
Ability to function effectively under pressure
Good communication skills with an ability to manage client expectations
Good IT / systems skills

Duties

Identify and initiate Clearing and Forwarding files
Provide clear instructions to the C&F specialists on document requirements
Ensure on time dispatch of documents for courier
Resolve deviations and ensure communication with the client
