FLUENT IN ENGLISH
Available to work night shifts ( night shift allowance will be given )
Computer literate
Punctuality - 97% adherence to schedule for start, finish and breaks
Be able to deliver a high level of customer service and sales
Achieve all Quality Targets
Achieve all sales and handling time targets including daily talk time and after call time
Achieve 95% completeness and accuracy of bookings
Achieve 100% accuracy of information to customers -
Be able to work in a team environment
Have exceptional telephonic etiquette and ability
