We are looking for a Call Centre Agent for outbound calls for our support call centre.

Responsibilities will include:
• Outbound cold-calling of prospective clients
• Handling and managing of client complaints; client satisfaction determination
• Managing the data base verification process & performing repair revenue drive
• Partner liaison
• Handling incoming (phone & web) new sales enquiries & new client/partner cold calling
• Delivering superior internal and external client service
• Performing general admin & adhoc duties
• Generate reports & reporting

Experience required:
• Customer 1st level telephonic support & call centre experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment (a prerequisite)
• Experience in client support and cold calling

Specific Qualities:
• Strong people with good organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good judgment and professional demeanour.
• The ability to deal with a variety of personalities while providing a service to external clients and staff

Remuneration package:
• R5,000 per month plus target based incentive and commission on units sold.
