Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
•There will be prepared scripts guiding you to persuade clients;
•Support and provide superior service via phones as a caller and receiver;
•Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication;
•Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects;
•Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally;
•Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers;
•Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations;
Skills and Specifications
•To be an excellent communicator and so should have great communication skills to work in the business
• Possess excellent keyboard skills and impressive telephone etiquette.
•Should be very honest and should have the ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
•The person needs to have sound and thorough knowledge related to product as per in-house training.
