A new call centre branch is looking to employ a new team to work in a busy environment.
Basic Requirements:
• Grade 10 upwards
• Good spoken and written English
• Good customer care skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• A team player
• Training provided, if you meet all the above criteria but do not have experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answering calls professionally.
• Internet awareness
• basic admin duties
• Sales to clients directly(Walk-in) and telephonically
• Making weekly progress reports
