well established client of ours within the Gauteng, Midrand area is in need of
a Call Centre Consultant.

The candidate will be responsible for the following
duties:
• Answering and handling of incoming calls and queries of members and
service providers
• To resolve any issues in a efficient and effective
timeously manner.
• To ensure all documentation is complete and contains all
information required by clients
• To document and save documents digitally
•
Make sure to follow company procedures and processes at all times

Grade 12
1-2 years experience in a client service role
Good communications
skills
Computer Literate
1 year experience within a call centre environment
would be advantageous.
