MAIN FUNCTION:
Perform various functions related to the delivery of excellent customer service in the inbound call centre, including but not limited to processing orders and quotes and resolving queries and customer requests entering the call centre through all business channels while operating within company policy, procedures and guidelines.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Answering of Telephones
Processing of orders and quotes
Manage customer queries
Other duties as assigned
Assist with any other functions in the department as assigned by your Manager
QUALITIES, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
2 – 5 years call centre experience
Computer literate
SAP experience would be an advantage
