Job Summary :

Communication skills, Team Player, Listening skills & Excellent Attitude as Key skills required. Call Centre / Customer Service Representatives are needed Urgently. (financial, Cellular, Banker & Insurance Cooperations). Candidates should be within the age limit of 18 to 35, with Grade 12 and able to work in Mid rand, Sandton , Randburg & Mid rand & flexibility to operate in shifts. Candidates Will be Required to perform the following duties as allocated by the Management.

PURPOSE :
To offer a technical client service and to develop and sustain client relationships..
TYPICAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
- Client Service
- Answer technical queries from website
- National technical queries
- Sales/retail enquiries and part
- Resolving issues and or queries
- Testing items in repairs
- Liaise with suppliers
- Assisting in Retail Store
- Administrative functions
- Housekeeping of work station
- Answering incoming calls & mails
- Help out as and when required
- Up & Cross-selling as well as advising clients of alternate product possibilities
- Saturday trade as per rotational schedule
- When required, working with Brand Specialists
- Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders
- Maintain high standard knowledge about company’s products and services

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
- Previous Electrical sales experience of at least 5years
- Ability to offer electrical solutions on a high level
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Computer literacy
- High attention to detail
- Good judgement
- Problem solving abilities
- People orientated and well developed communication and inter personal skills
- Flexible
- Persistence
- Apply a positive attitude and self-discipline

We only seek for Committed Individuals and wages will be revised after three Months period. Experienced and Inexperienced applicants are all welcome as basic Training will be provided.
