Your key job responsibilities as the Campaign Business Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Accountability for campaign strategies in order to drive yearly and monthly business objectives
- Advise, influence and liaise with actuarial team, account managers, team managers on campaign management information, strategy, trends analysis, and best business practise
- End to end management of the Campaign Management cycle (initiate/execute/closeout)
- Manage and maintain relevant stakeholder networks and relationships
- Understand all contact centre systems i.e., dialer, CMS, etc
- Ensure contact centre managers at optimal productivity levels
- Lead and manage teams effectively
- Ensure data is accurate, relevant, timeous, concise, and of the highest quality standard

Requirements for this Campaign Business Manager job in Johannesburg:

- Relevant degree or diploma
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Campaign Management experience

Desirable experience:

- Knowledge of fundamentals of Marketing
- Financial Services and Insurance experience
- Understanding of Workforce Management
- At least 2 years staff management experience
- Experience of dealing with external stakeholders e.g. agencies
