Campaign Consultant Customer Value Management

Consultant Analyst (CVM)
Our client is seeking an experienced Campaign Consultant, with exceptional CVM experience, the candidate needs to have an inquisitive mind, interrogate results of campaigns and able to do presentations, the candidate must be resourceful and tenacious as well as analytical. Must have advanced HTML experience (essential)
Responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of campains for the company
Work closely with the analytics team to derive customer insghts and best practices for campaings
Work across business teams including marketing, operation, finance and systems to deliver campaigns

Campaign Delivery and Management

Directly manage and contribute to the creation and delivery of high quality campaigns
Coordinate various teams, including digital marketing, marketing, servicing systems and finance to deliver campaigns
Ensure each campaing has clear metrics that are aligned to business objectives
Define, change and implement campaign process
Campaign Analytics

Carry out post-campaing analysis to report KPI's and distribute learnings
Routinely analyse data and troubleshoot to understand issues and indentify solutions
Prepare and disseminate regular summary reporting for senior management
Additional Responsibilities

Perform special projects as assigned
Stay on top of industry and international best practice and apply learnings internally
Outstanding academic qualifications

Related degree / diploma and advantage (e.g.Business, Marketing, Communications)

At least 3 years of experience in relevant field (Marketing, Campaign management, Communications)

Strong track record of professional performance

Expertise in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
