An International Contact Centre currently has a vacancy for a full-time Campaign Director.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver the campaign's SLA's and KPI's
Responsible and accountable for the business culture and day to day operations
Execute the vision for the campaign insuring the Call Center meets customer and organization needs.
Engage in leading and inspiring their team in developing and documenting best practices in the performance of all duties and responsibilities
Deliver results against a defined scope of work that includes measurable ROI, strategic innovation, performance reporting, employee development and satisfaction,
Ensure growth targets are met, working with recruitment and training
Ensure all contractual operational obligations are delivered
Proactively communicate performance, actions, risks, innovation and transformation to both internal and external teams and stakeholders.
Establish and communicate campaign strategies and key performance indicators with the account management team and ensure these are understood across the organisation.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:

Proven track record of delivering stretch sales results
Minimum 5 years of Call Center/Contact Center senior management experience,
BPO / Outsourcing experience is essential
Proven track record of delivering stretch sales results
Measurable experience in managing and growing profitable satisfied accounts and relevant account management experience,
Proven commercial capability including experience of managing P&L’s
Energetic with enthusiasm to work towards a world class operation
Superb people management skills with the ability to motivate lead others through periods of change and transformation
Client management would be highly beneficial
Strong mentoring and relationship building skills
Telecommunications Industry knowledge preferred
Occasional travel to client required.
