A Private Education provider is seeking to employ a Campus Manager in Durban.

Job Requirements
Must have a relevant tertiary qualification (i.e. Diploma / Degree)
A minimum of 2 years experience with at least 4 years managerial experience in an educational environment

Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee, direct and lead the daily operations of the campus.
Work closely with committees and academic boards.
Implement programmes and activities to achieve business requirements.
Manage the income streams & the operational expenses budget.
Liaise with external agencies to ensure that the institution is in compliance with regulations.
Manage and co-ordinate marketing activities at Campus level.
Driving the performance of each member of the sales team on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as against individual targets with a view to achieve monthly targets set for the Business unit by liaising, interacting, coaching, recognizing superior performance and addressing substandard performance of team members.
Ensuring that the Business unit/Branch recruit, select, assess and appoint sales and admin people as and when required adhering to the Recruitment and selection policy.
External and internal relationships are managed effectively to ensure the best service delivery to students.
Managing and developing departmental staff.
