Candidate Architectural Technologist (Buildings)

An international expert in the design and development of experiential resorts and lodges with over a decade on the market is seeking to employ a Candidate Architectural technologist with experience in buildings to be based in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be SACAP registered as a Candidate.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a minimum of B-Tech as an Architectural Technologist
Must be SACAP registered as Candidate Architectural Technologist
Must have 3-5 years of experience of residential and leisure projects
Must have be proficient in ArchiCAD, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe suite and graphic design software
Must be fully acquainted with local authority systems and procedures
