Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exceptional customer service to customers from all walks of life and all over the world that are interested in hiring a vehicle, handle queries and manage the bookings from start to finish
• Liaise with insurance companies when dealing with customers who need to claim their car hire back
• Administrative duties

If you come from a background or have experience working in a customer driven environment where you are proficient at handling issues that arise, problem solving and show a strong sense of leadership, this role could be for you!

Requirements (NON NEGOTIABLE):

• Matric qualification
• Microsoft Office skills and a reasonable typing speed
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Own transport with Code 8 driver’s license
• This position requires shifts, weekend work and public holidays so individuals need to be flexible (latest shift till 12pm – hence own transport required)
• It’s exceptionally important that you are not only professional in manner but are well-groomed at all times
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivating and enthusiastic – can manage their own time well and have no supervision
• Able to work and thrive under high levels of pressure
• Ability to handle difficult customers in a polite and professional manner
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must have high work ethics and values
• Negotiating skills
