Main responsibilities:
? Management of high cost and high risk cases
? Plan, monitor and evaluate referred cases
? Ex-gratia case preparation
? Referring cases for non-declaration checks
? Managing of home nursing authorisations
? Building relationships with providers and members
? General Management.

Requirements:
? Knowledge of ICD/CPT coding
? 2-5 years’ experience in Case Management
? Registered nurse or enrolled nurse
? A theatre or ICU qualification or experience will be an advantage.
