VACANCY: CASH BOOK ACCOUNTING CLERK

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Control of cashbooks
2. Petty cash
3. Reconciling payroll bank account to SAP general ledger
4. VAT Accounting
5. General ledger recons
6. General finance duties

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Matric
2. National Diploma or degree in accounts or similar field
3. 5+ years experience as a cash book clerk
4. Experience working on SAP (financial model)
5. Proficient on MS-Excel (advanced) and MS-WORD
6. Good understanding of Financial Internal Controls and general accounting and financial principles.
7. Be able to interpret a chart of accounts in respect of identifying Balance Sheet Accounts and Profit And Loss Accounts.
8. Able to work independently while still been a team player in a sometimes pressured environment.
9. Able to work on numerous cash books and foreign currency cash books.

PACKAGE:
R22,000 to R30,000 (CTC - negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
