Chef/ Kitchen Manager position available with Catering company in Rivonia. Candidates must have 4+ years relevant experience. Must have strong general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Must be able to manage staff. Will be expected to plan menus, do costings and manage stock. Ability to cook essential. Hours are Monday to Friday 6h00 - 16h00. Will be expected to work on weekends if there are functions. R 10 - 14k nett.
