The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete food production process and will report to the general manager. Experience in food production management essential. Ideal for candidates who are skilled is food costing, health & safety, quality and quantity control. Main duties will include stock, systems and process management. Applicants must have strong staff management and training skills. Must be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Will be expected to stay up to date with latest pastry and bread trends. Salary R 25000 – 35000 K CTC
