Minimum Requirements...
Qualifications:

Completed Matric plus applicable experience;
Have a Drivers' License and a willingness to travel;
At least one of the following:

Certified Scrum Professional or;
Certified Scrum Master or;
Certified Scrum Product Owner;
PMI-Agile Certified Practitioners (ACP)

Advantageous - Prince2 Certified (Foundation or Practitioner)
Advantageous - PMP certification

Experience:

Exposure to work within the governance structures of a large corporate will be an advantage
Consulting experience in a variety of industry will be an advantage
Experience with the implementation of Agile in an organisation will be an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

Act as a Scrum Master with Project management experience and background. The role may require application of traditional project management approaches depending on client requirements. Leading, coaching and assisting teams to deliver projects in an agile manor.

The role of the Scrum Master has the following job objectives:

Ability to play multiple roles either as a Scrum Master on Agile scrum teams or can be flexible to play the role of project management in a traditional project environment depending on the need
