We have an opening for a Change Management specialist to work for our client in JHB. This is a 10 month contract starting 1 October to 1 July 2017. You must be willing to travel. if there is a staggered roll out the resource needs to be flexible to travel.
The Change Manager will play a key role in assisting the project to deliver the following 2 objectives: Change the current operational model to being one of commodity business centralised in the Bellville office and create a new centralized service model and target operating model.
Key Roles / Duties:
Change Management, communication, awareness, OD along with HR BP, resource selection along KPIs, any IR issues along with HR BP, stakeholder engagement, contract/track manage the training logistics for preparing the SC resources to be on level 2/3 UW.
Essential Qualification: Formal Change Management Qualification
