Our client is a progressive and innovative Software Solutions company who have built a solid reputation in their niche market both here in SA & into Africa. They are looking to take on a motivated & collaborative “Africa Channel Manager” to work with diverse business partners & ensure furthered success in the African Market.

The successful incumbent will have strong Domain & Solution selling experience with reference to Financial Software products & solutions.

Min Requirements:

BCom / Business Degree, Information Technology, Internal Audit
MBA advantageous
Min 2 yrs exp in Internal Audit & Data Analysis
Min 5 yrs exp in a Channel Management role
Software Solution selling exp
Channel management exp & selling in Africa
Willing to spend approximately 50% of time traveling into Africa

Key Responsibilities:

Working with Channel partners across Africa to achieve revenue targets
Ensuring growth of the product’s footprint in Africa
Enabling the channel partners to deliver on their mandate to the highest quality
Achieve revenue targets
Grow the pipeline for predictable performance
Ensure partners achieve individual business success
Achieve acceptable level of forecast accuracy
Ensure a balanced mix of products and services across both new and repeat business
