This team is looking for a Channel Manager to source and manage leads (volumes and costs), making sure client targets are hit in a sustainable and profitable manner. Your key job responsibilities as the Channel Manager in Johannesburg will include:

- Manage affiliate relationships
- Make sure all client targets are met
- Put a strategy together to make sure clients’ targets are met, while ensuring top quality, profitable lead flow
- Manage volume, quality and profitability simultaneously
- Control the lead distribution through the company from start to finish
- Come up with ways to maximise/monetize inventory (leads)
- Set up and test affiliate integrations
- Source new affiliates to bring on board
- Negotiate deals with Affiliates
- Ensure Affiliate Agreements are in place before going live with campaign
- Confirm Budget splits with Account Managers
- Create relevant Keywords for campaigns
- Provide all signed off content to Affiliates
- Update Account Manager before going live with any new campaigns
- Ensure the affiliate meets the agreed targets
- Report on all campaigns volume delivery
- Analyse affiliate conversion and termination reports, and take action where necessary

Requirements for this Channel Manager job in Johannesburg:

- Matric
- Degree an advantage
- Exposure to lead generation or affiliate marketing preferred
- Proactive – capable of identifying and initiating change
- Microsoft Office – excel intermediate to advanced
- Strong numeric skills
